The order experience was "fine". Pricing was outrageous. I ordered 500 checks which by the time the fees and taxes were added, cost me about $1 per check! Not a good price at all.

Your order page was very confusing

Your order page was very confusing. I had to speak personally with a nice young man who helped straighten it out. Then when the checks were shipped it took 9 days for them to arrive. I was growing concerned that they were lost or worse. For what you charge for shipping I would expect better service. I will not be back.

It was an easy re-order however the company phone number was the previous number instead of the newer phone number. Even though both numbers are valid the newer number is preferred.
