Have ordered from Deluxe for years

Have ordered from Deluxe for years. Three weeks into our last order still hadn't received checks. Called to find out when delivery would be. Asked customer rep for a supervisor and got hung up on. Called back and got a totally different story from second rep. While she could estimate delivery, she couldn't tell me what day. Thank you Tiffany for your assistance.

The prices are way too high

Website could be improved.

I had several companies to order checks for. Your website repopulates with the wrong company info when I went back to fix something. It just added a lot of extra time to fix things. I also don't really understand how my checks were half the price through the bank than what they are discounted at 25% off on your site. But my bank no longer provides checks for businesses.
