Review Time
The first printing of my checks did not include check numbers. Customer service confirmed I had included a check number starting date. Prints were re=printed. The second printing includes check numbers but has omitted my organizations logo that I think paid extra for. I am out of checks and have to start using as-is but very disappointed.
Terrible! Took 18 days to receive re-order. Multiple calls to customer service and all with different explanations. Order misprinted, order not sent to right printer, Microsoft update caused system issues & carrier issues. At one point we were told to cancel re-order and place order again. We paid for expedited service and expedited shipping. Product not the same as last order. Not happy and will be exploring another vendor.
