Order messed up

Our previous order was absolutely horrible! Some of our numbers were duplicated and we had to throw some out. In an order of 500 there were 210 that were duplicates. What a waste of our money!

Regular shipping says 7 - 10 Business Days

Regular shipping says 7 - 10 business days on your website...I'm at business day 17 with NO CHECKS!!! I've been to my bank twice for cashiers checks to pay employees and vendors! It took 2 calls to ferret out a reorder(gotta wait)...Your staff told me that standard delivery to a POBox can take 17-20 days! HAD YOUR WEBSITE COMMUNICATED THAT, I would have done overnight because I needed checks within 10 days. You know the issue, fix your directions. My order was 2nd requested after 14 business days(the order date didn't matter/it was the ship date...another company gaff) and was overnighted to my street address. Not sure how you stay in business this way.

Too Long Order Fulfillment Time

It took way too long to get blank check stock order processed and mailed. Will be looking for a different vendor to order from that has ability to process orders quickly. If I moved all our business to this company, waiting 10 days to have an order processed would not work for us.

Never received my order

Never received my order. Had to eventually order from another Company which had me my checks in less than 5 days compared to Deluxe. WalMart Checks are on the ball with orders.

My only concern was that the checks…

My only concern was that the checks were shipped, at a high cost, in four different pouches and they arrived on different days throughout a week. I think they should be mailed as one package.
