Review Time
We have used Delux for many years. We moved to our new location over a year ago and received checks to our new mailing address. Regretfully, the last order we placed was delivered to our old business address, where no one is there to receive them.We contacted Delux and basically got the run around and delays!! So much so we had to ask our Bank to issue us some counter checks to continue to do business. After 5 weeks of go arounds we Finally received our checks (on the 2nd printing). I understand mistakes can happen, but when NO ONE wants to take accountability (and there is “conviently) NO Supervisor available-Any Time?!?!? There needs to be a better process.As I stated earlier, we have ordered from Delux for many years. Let’s hope this will not be a trend. If so, I’ll have no choice to take my business elsewhere.
My deposit stamp does not have our account number. Not sure why a business would order a deposit stamp without an account number. The stamp was ordered at the same time as the deposit slips. Never did a question pop up about the account number for the stamp. I don't recall seeing a proof of the deposit stamp - I am sure in the world of ordering online I missed a step - So disappointed!
I asked for my checks to start on 35000 and you started them on 35500 and when we ran our first batch unfortunately the person didn't realize the check numbers were on started wrong and we printed over 40 checks with the wrong numbers on them!!!!
