Review Time
When I ordered our business checks, I used the correct routing number and account number, and I double checked while ordering the checks that the correct bank name of "Wintrust Bank NA" appeared in the order. But when I received the order, the bank name "North Shore Community Bank" was printed on the checks. Wintrust Bank bought out North Shore Community Bank a number of years ago, so this should have been updated in your system. It is updated in the ABA system. When I called customer service, they said it's just the way it is and would not reprint the checks with the correct bank name as I had ordered them.
Did not receive my order. Called customer servivce and was told to wait another week. I mentioned that the USPS tracking number stated delivery not made due to insufficient postage. I paid $66 for shipping and handling. Order shipped 7/16/25 and not received as of 8/6/25. Will revise rating should I ever receive my order or get a free reorder.
