Review Time
Online ordering was not straightforward. Once I finally designed the check font and tag line for the business, the order was placed and delivered in approximately 10 business days. Unfortunately, the time I took to test the variety of fonts did not pay off as my order was printed incorrectly. It took a frustrating 4 phone calls and more than 45 minutes to get the checks reordered properly. I have to report that the company took care of the mistake and reprinted the batch of checks without additional cost to our business which I appreciated. I did however have to wait another 2 weeks for the new order to arrive.
