No custom logo despite charge

I was charged for my custom logo. This was a reorder, and it was on my previous checks; however the order I just received does not have our company logo in the corner - just a big empty space and the paper stock is notably thinner. I would have paid to have the stock I had previously if it had been mentioned that a change had been made to cheaper stock.

No tracking information given

No tracking information given. Checks have not arrived. Cannot speak to a person regarding order. Automated recording tells you the same thing which is when your checks were shipped. Absolute garbage customer experience.

CAUTION for automatic upgrades & add ons

The process is simple, and I appreciate the convenience. I do not appreciate that you have to be very cautious and double check or you are unknowingly upgraded or have things added on that you did not want to purchase. It was very much like a scam, making me click no twice to say I did not want 2 different versions of the EZ shield fraud protection. Not a good look for a business. I will get my checks somewhere else from now on.
