There was supposed to be a credit for $201.83 from the Jan. 10th order when I paid the bill with a check from Vail Valley East and you also charged our Amex on file. I spoke with Irving and with Faye and was assured this would be taken care of. IT WAS NOT; you still owe us $201.83.Also, Sher Cossey retired in 2021. This is Scott Fricke
I switched from Harland because they doubled up the # of checks per personal book which made it too thick to carry in my purse. NOWHERE on your site do you say how many duplicate checks are in one book. So I'm taking a chance but if there are 40, I will not be ordering from you again. ALSO, you charge sales tax on the shipping charges which is not what sales tax applies to AND your shipping charges are excessive.
