Review Time
There is one major issue I have with the online order, I put the check number I wanted you to start with and no where in all my confirmation did I see that check number and no visual verification after setting the address and logo up to be able to see that it was all correct in one spot. Long process to set up to not see all this.
I wish I had the name of the Service Representative who helped me with my order. I am 75 years old and she was not only knowledgeable and helpful, but extremely patient with me. I am not comfortable with computers and when I was not sure if my order was exactly what I needed, I called the 800 number to verify the information and was totally surprised. If you can track her down, she was a true blessing!!!
