Dissatisfied order expereince

At order review I should be able to see an image of what I ordered. At no point during the process did I get review an image for approval. I called and a rep told me I would see that order review. I did not. I called back. Your hold times are too long. I blindly placed the order. I hope I'm getting what i want.

I do not like the checks they are very…

I do not like the checks they are very long and I just wanted regular sized checks and was not allowed because it was for my business.

Not impressed with recent changes to our checks

We’ve ordered the same style checks for years. The checks we received from the most recent order in 2025 are not the same. The printing has changed and almost gives them a counterfeit appearance, when compared to the current checks. Furthermore, the paper is a thinner weight. We’re not pleased with the product we’ve received for the same price as a better quality check.
