Our site is a spiritual site and has been for over twenty years. I wanted to sale my books as well and it needed an upgrade for that. All I wanted was an upgrade, and they took a living site and turned it into a mannequin. It looks good and my book is there, but the heart of the site was removed. Our ability to make basic changes on our own, was stripped away. Our ability to update the monthly articles now became a convoluted process that even after given us instruction, we still needed them because wordpress uses codes. The forum didn't function, first people had to search for how to sign into it, and after doing so they had access to our admin pages. This caused a problem if to many of our forum members tried to sign back into the new forum. It turned into a nightmare. They talked and talked and did little listening. I feel the second person did not really listen to me and it prolonged the process. This was a project that began in January and I still do not have a site that operates the way we need it to operate unless we pay an outside person. I was never interested in that. I just wanted to be able to sale my books on my site not have the heart of the site ripped out. So, if you have a live site that does more than sale items, these aren't the people to go with. In fact, please shop around and don’t let them do all the talking. Also, if you have experience with wordpress and web design or development, these people might be alright. My site looks good but I hate it now because it has no heart unless I want to pay them to keep it beating, and I don't. I want it to beat for us on our own. So, this is for all the people out there like me who don't want to lose autonomy of their site. I was very upfront from the onset and can prove it with email communications. My stomach hurts every time I open my site. But one good thing came out of it. I didn't lose any money, they did provide me with a full refund. I still have to have the site redone and I'm working on that now. I have spoken to the last person who worked with me on this project and he has agreed to make every effort to improve how I feel about the outcome of this project. I feel that is in good faith and I do appreciate that offer and effort to improve this situation. Thank you very much.

I have been assigned Emma Gray and I have not enough words to say how exceptional she and her service are.
