I’ve ordered checks in the past and…

I’ve ordered checks in the past and they’ve always turned out right the first time but this time I re-ordered the same order that I’ve gotten in the past and they came wrong with a big white box behind my company emblem. So I called to see if I could get it fixed and it was fixed but when I received my second order, it was still the same as the first order. The white box behind my company emblem was still there. After spending 10-15 minutes multiple times on the phone from the first order I really don’t wanna go through and do this again.

Wrong bank name

Although I made changes to my order on our online account, the new checks did not have the name change of our bank. The bank number was correct, but the name was not changed to the new bank.

TheUPS dropped the ball, therefore Deluxe also dropped the ball. experience was satisfactory…

The experience was satisfactory however, when the package was delivered by UPS, the driver did not ring the bell, did not leave a notice, did not return the next day nor, did he drop the package of at a nearby UPS pick up location. As a result I had to track down the package then ask the customer service rep to resend, that process took another 3 days. Deluxe has to reevaluate the delivery procedure as UPS returns the package without any attempts to reach the customer.

It's basically $1 a check to have these printed. That's incredible for something that should be selling for a fraction of that cost.
