Review Time
We placed an order on January 30 but it never shipped. We had to follow up on February 26 to inquire as there had been no communication. Customer service was helpful but also stated the order was to ship within 2-3 days. We finally got notice on March 5 that it shipped.
Not great. Your order history continues to not "find" orders, even us having all relevant information. In addition, order descriptions are not correct, order visuals do not represent that which was shipped, etc. Makes reordering from your info online a bit scary.
I placed an order and I heard nothing after 2 weeks, so I called only to find that the order had been cancelled. Why wasn't I notified? There was no good answer. As a result, I placed an order for an alternate item. The return Email said "you will be notified of the status of this order within 48 hours." After another week passed without any additional information I called to find my order is "in process". The computer had no further information. CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS. I hope to get my product sometime soon.
