I placed an order for checks and was double charged for them.

I placed an order for checks, I received them in a timely manner and when I ordered them I marked that Deluxe draft the account for payment. I received an invoice in the mail stating that the ACH draft was denied and I needed to remit payment upon receipt of the invoice. I submitted a check for payment and when I looked at my bank statement I noticed that they did draft an ACH payment and then cashed the check the next day. Thus I paid twice for the checks I ordered. I have made multiple calls to the collection department, sent appropriate documents that were requested and I have not heard back from either person. The first person I talked to and sent my documents to is Ryan Baguna, and the second persons name is Maria. If I ever buy from Deluxe again I will make sure they bill me and not allow them to draft my account. Very Frustrated in Kansas please stop giving me the runaround and refund me my overpayment!!! Update today is January 22, 2025 and I still have not received the overpayment amount!!!!

Wrong account number

I had always ordered from Delux and never had a problem. I recently ordered checks, but they had the wrong account number. I ordered new ones with the corrected account number but i still got charged the same amount again.

I didn't want and struggled to remove…

I didn't want and struggled to remove the EZshield. This should be an option, not automatically added to an order. If it is automatically added, it should be easily removed.
