High Cost Low Quality

Our printer has run out of ink on multiple important occasions at our church. This is has happened in spite of the fact that it is supposed to monitored by DEX. Since the change of this company we have only experienced higher copy machine expenses coupled with poorer customer service.

Shipping fees

I really feel charging $40 for each shipment is over the top! I ship jewelry insured for less money than that! Very predatory

I ordered a 2025 and a 2026 appointment…

I ordered a 2025 and a 2026 appointment books but toward the end of my order it said I ordered 2 of the Time35 book and that worried me, so I had to go back to the beginning to make sure of my order!!!!

Poor quality

The paper and actual check print quality is poor. Not even a complete border around the color of the check. We will not be ordering checks from Deluxe going forward.
