Way too expensive and complicated

The professionalism of the customer service person that helped me with my order was 5 star. However, my problem is with the insane cost for the checks and the inability of me to get a 5 digit check numbering system on a standard personal check. I had to switch to business checks which are overkill size wise and cost wise. I was also unhappy with the fact that it took so long to figure out your personal checks couldn't go to 5 digits. No phone help available. I had to email and wait a few days for response.
