Order Number 602250159The envelopes I received are substandard. I've torn 2 out of 5 envelopes trying to fit checks into them. There's a tab at the inside bottom of the envelopes that cause the problem. I'd like a refund for the envelopes. Thank youTeresa DayAnd by the way, I tried to contact Deluxe via the customer service number, and let's just say, there was no service.
Deluxe does a fine job on the printed materials we receive (mostly checks, deposit books, etc.). The stamps we've ordered from you have been fine as well. My only real issue with anything is the cost. I have trouble wrapping my mind (or the company's wallet) around $400.00 for 500 checks. The checks we order are not fancy, have no logo or fancy fonts, and they still cost that much? Of course, you can always find a coupon somewhere - and Deluxe always sends out a few after your purchase (these do us no good because they will have expired before we're ready to order again, something to consider, or perhaps you have?).
