I am leaving this review because Wing999 is the parent company of Vintage Wholesale Supply, and attempts to resolve this matter directly with their subsidiary have completely failed.
In May 2025, I placed an order with Vintage Wholesale Supply (order #131651).
The order was never shipped or delivered, yet full payment was taken.
Their own support team later provided written confirmation that a refund of €521.49 was approved and would be processed within 7 working days.
As of today — more than 8 months later — the refund has still not been received.
When this issue was raised at group level, Wing999 claimed they had no involvement or responsibility, despite being the parent company of the business that took the payment, confirmed the refund, and has since gone silent. From a customer perspective, this position is unreasonable. A parent company cannot simply distance itself when a confirmed refund remains unpaid for months and the subsidiary no longer communicates.
The facts are straightforward:
• No goods were delivered
• Payment was taken
• A refund was confirmed in writing
• The refund has not been completed
• Both the subsidiary and parent company now deny responsibility
I am posting this review to warn other customers and to make it clear that Wing999 is also expected to assist in resolving unresolved financial obligations within its group, rather than deflecting responsibility.
I am still awaiting contact, clarity, and completion of a refund that was already approved.
