Business Checks Lost, Deluxe Can't Help

My non-profit's business checks seem to be lost because Deluxe chose to ship DHL eCommerce to USPS. I have chatted with Deluxe customer service, called them twice and the only resolution they have offered is to just replace the order. No concern that checks with banking information are lost, and they don't seem to know how to open a case with DHL to try to track down the lost package. Very disappointed in their response. They just told me to contact DHL, whose customer service was also no help at all, they said to contact Deluxe.

I inadvertently gave the wrong starting check number. It was my error. Deluxe reprinted the checks with the correct starting check number. They did not charge me for my error.
