Review Time
My order was cancelled on their end without any notification to me, I only found this out after calling customer service dealing with their automated system, finally getting a human and then continually being cut off and sent back to the beginning of the process. By the fifth person I was simply told that the cancellation was my fault because it was missing the account number. This is an impossibility on their website as it will not let you continue to check out with missing information. Total garbage customer service. Oh, and did I mention that they are way overpriced!
No instructions came with the stamp to show how to open it and related issues.The lettering of the material produced by the stamp is much, much smaller that the image on the advertisement.VERY, VERY DISPPOINTMENT will never order another stamp from you. In my 85 years this is the FIRST time I have written such a negative review. Congratulations!
