When I requested refund they asked me to send them pictures of their own items they sent me???Firstly I don't work for you. Secondly you know how terrible the item is.Got a 40% refund as I understand from China and shipping expensive.Stick to the known e-shops
I want to leave a 0 review!!! This place is a complete scam!!! The product is terrible, no tags or anything on clothing! They won’t give me my full refund back! I’m having great struggles with them!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL!! THE PRODUCTS ARE FROM CHINE NOT FRANCE!!!!
I've ordered two exrernal HDD before Christmas to take them overseas, after 5 days send them email to follow that up and realised they didn't do anything about my order then I asked to cancel the order, but they said its been processed and then they couldn't cancel it, but after receiving I can send them back and get refund. It took around 25 days to come to my house then after coming back from overseas I send an email and asked for refund and they said because they are electronic devices they couldn't do that and then offered me a 15 percent refund.I haven't had such experience with any of online shopping before.
This 'French' company is a front for a cheap, knockoff Chinese company. My order took forever to arrive (tracking shows shipment from China through multiple ports) and the dresses I ordered (same design, 3 different colours) are of poor quality and one was the totally wrong size. It took weeks with a mind-boggling paper trail, 5 photos, measurements and threats of reporting to The European Consumer Centre France before I got a replacement item. All this time I'm sure I was dealing with someone in China, not France, or it might have even been a bot. Do not buy from Denerova.
They have a 24hr fault policy on all items. Which means you have to report any issue within 24hrs of receiving it. I bought a (faulty) SSD hard drive which I tried to troubleshoot over several days. When enquiring on their return process I was advised of this ridiculous policy.
I purchased a raincoat $77 CAD on Denerova website but I received a coat with harrible quality from China. The coat has no lining, cuff sleeves and hood made with cheap and narrow elastic band, water goes through just cheap fabric. The item came without tag, wrinkled and package without invoice. Return policy says you can return it within 30 days if you are not satisfied, contact us to send you the return address but instead they offered me 2 options. Option 1 - A refund equal to 15% of the total order value, with no need to return the item.Option 2 - A voucher code equal to 30% of the total order value, which you can use to place a new order for any item from our collection. You may keep, gift, or sell the coat you received.Finally they sent me return address in China with return policy as below:Return Policy:-Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.-The goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.-The goods must be in a condition that can be resold by us.- Returns must be accompanied by a valid proof of shipment including track&trace code. Without shipping receipt / Track&Trace, we cannot issue refunds.- Send the proof of shipment with the items to be returned:-All returns will be sent to our warehouse in China at the customer's expenseIt would cost me $99 if it is sent with tracking number. Without tracking number $29 but there is refund is not guaranteed. On website does not mention "All returns will be sent to our warehouse in China" I hope people read the reviews before they purchase some thing from this website. I reported this business to ScamAdvisor including police and (commercial) crime-fighting agency. Also reported to RCMP to stop scammersThis is a warning to who wants to purchase from this website
I bought a Hugo 4xl gilet from this company. It took 4 weeks to arrive, ( That told me a lot to start with)When it arrived it was no more than a large in size and looked like a 5 year old had made it.It was no more Hugo than my left knee is.Then came the returns, they offered me a 30% refund, and I could keep the useless gilet, or return it to whatever chinese sweatshop it was made in, they even told me that the return cost would be high because of the distance it had to travel.An appalling company, I wouldn't dream of buying from them again.Rubbish product, fraudulent sales, and give a tiny proportion of your money back.DO NOT BUY FROM DENEROVA.
