Terrible junk xold at ridiculous prices, I brought adjustable glasses at £22, arrived cheap and nasty junk could have brought exactly same £3.99 Amazon price, I expected decent quality but no sent from China, this company should be shut down Do yourself a big favour and stay away from these rip off merchants, better off taking a chance with Del Boy !
DO NOT USE..wish id read reviews on here first. Order took ages to arrive, says its a French company but order came from China. None of the measurements on the website are correct, ordered an XL shirt but it arrived as a L. They won’t refund all your kiney and insist you send things back to China. Poor quality.just awful
I ordered early for Christmas and the USB device 4TB arrived 12 November. It was corruptedand it is completely useless. My daughter lost all her gaming data. I wrote to ask for advice on how to proceed only to be told it was outside the 30 day warranty. Avoid, avoid, avoid... it is a scam and the price is too good to be believed. It was a $73 AUD lesson.
DENEROVA are a company you want to stay 100% clear of......The quality of products are unbelievably poor......They obviously come straight from China.....then,when you try to return the shoddy goods.....you gave to pay full postage back to China....therefore making it not worth the bother......you get 15% refund if you complain......on a £66 purchase......the so called legit company are making £53 from you.....STAY WELL CLEAR.......PUT THESE PEOPLE OUT OF BUSINESS......I would give them a minus if it were possible.
AVOID AVOID AVOID Terrible terrible company, only offered me 20% refund, as I used a store voucher, I only used the store voucher because my first order became out of stock after paying and the only option was store credit, the next order came, a mens medium body warmer and it won’t even fit my 10 year old son. And the fact they don’t tell you it comes straight from china until you get your tracking order is an absolute joke.
The item I received was entirely inferior to what was shown on the website. I paid $50 (discounted from $80), I don't think it would even have been worth $2 and I would never have purchased it. It was shipped from Sydney. When I complained it took 6 emails before they would give me the return address. They made me send this utterly worthless item back to them at a cost of $20. Do not buy anything from this website.
Really wish I’d looked at the reviews first!! Bought some sandals for a present for a friend. The wrong size was sent but even if the size had been correct I would have wanted to return them. The quality was beyond poor to the point of unwearable. They would have been an embarrassing gift. No replies to any of my e:mails when I asked to return.
My review is a zero. The product is nothing like the advertised product and was a crap piece of junk that cost $236 AUD. Do not use this company - false advertising, poor quality product not worth the money and a machine that does not do what they claim it is supposed to do. When requesting a refund, they wanted me to accept a 15% discount and then keep the product. So the product is so good - they don't want it back!
Wish I could give minus 5Do not buy anything at all as it will not be fit for use and they will not provide an address for you to return it. Instead they will ask you to keep the rubbish product and offer you 15% refund then if your protest they make up more reasons not to give you your money back. They are crafty scam merchants.
