If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. The customer service here is terrible. The dentists and receptionists were very rude and unhelpful regarding the pain I was experiencing. They judged me for my teeth and were incredibly dismissive. I will never return, as this experience has made me hesitant to see a dentist at all. I highly recommend looking elsewhere, as I have switched to a different provider that treats customers with respect.
Had my second visit to the dental practice, as my front tooth came loose just above the gum line. I contacted the office at 8am and got an appointment for 9am the same day. Dr. Shane provided treatment with no pain at all. From the moment I entered, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and Dr. Shane was very professional in restoring my smile. I highly recommend him.
I booked an appointment for a specific date and arrived on time, only to be informed that my appointment was not in the system. Despite showing confirmation texts, the receptionist said it seemed my appointment had been deleted. They offered alternative times, but these were not suitable due to my work schedule. I've had issues with the administrative side before, which is frustrating after taking time off work and paying for parking.
