Worst service. for 30 mins call of nonsense with someone who lacks any exprience, they billed $692. the doctor didnt really say anything and wanted to squeeze more money for followups. no thanks
No way in hell I would use this service again. They told me before I sent in my insurance and before my appointment that they covered me through my insurance. Then magically I wasn't covered AFTER using the service. That is completely predatory behavior and is absolutely disgusting to prey on those seeking mental health advice. This "service" is absolutely abhorrent.
Predatory and not transparent. Like many people I scheduled my appointment through the websites assessment where they pair you with a provider. WHERE THEIR CANCELLATION POLICY IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. I cancelled two days before and received a bill for 100$. I called to dispute it and their "Care Coordinators" AKA a third party call company said they sent in a request for cancellation of the bill. Did not hear anything back for a week and still waiting. Even if you wanted to dispute your bill and point out the logistical flaws, they don't show a timeline of your appointment schedules. HOW CONVENIENT.
Update- They emailed my other email that is not listed in my patient profile asking for me to fill out a survey about how they handeled my case.
I HAD TO CALL to find out my case/billing dispute to have this fee cancelled was DECLINED.

I have not spoken to anyone from the service, yet I keep receiving demands for payment related to a missed appointment. I've come across accounts where simply answering their calls resulted in charges of over $500. Additionally, it appears they do not adhere to proper time zones. I reported them to the appropriate authorities and requested the removal of my information due to concerns about potential fraudulent bills. I strongly advise against inquiring about their services unless you want to be overwhelmed with daily contacts and potential scams. They may also sell your information, as I've received strange calls from unfamiliar places since this experience.

My provider demonstrates exceptional care and professionalism. She creates a comfortable atmosphere and genuinely listens to my concerns. Her insightful suggestions and adjustments to my medications have significantly improved my mental health. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found her. The convenience of consulting a wonderful doctor from the comfort of my home is another reason I appreciate this service.
Unacceptable, health care shouldn't be this costly. The initial visit was over $700, and the doctor was insisting that I book weekly appointments. I didn't receive the first bill until three weeks later! By now, I would be over $1500 in debt to this service! These professionals should feel ashamed for the mental strain and distress they are inflicting on individuals simply seeking assistance. Unacceptable.
If I could rate them lower, I absolutely would. The doctor we've been seeing for our son is thoroughly unprofessional. There's no direct office contact, and messages to the doctor go unanswered. The patient portal only allows non-urgent messages, and when we attempt to call, we face a language barrier. Our pharmacy has encountered numerous issues trying to clarify prescriptions sent, and they cannot reach the doctor.
