Live chat support is Useless

They show like you are number 1 in queue, approximate wait time is 15 mins.Even after waiting for more than a hour, no one connect with live chat. At last is shows like " chat closed, start again". or live support goes offline.But they are always ready to respond here who gives negative reviews on them, but they don't care to respond properly on the website

Friendly staff and great system to download PDF of licenses

I very much like the personal support I receive from Daria from the Depositphotos team. She is always helpful and fast to respond. What I also like very much is that I can download a PDF file of the license of any purchased photo with just one click. This is much more user-friendly than what many other stock photo websites offer, where you often have to submit a special request form for every photo. All in all, my experience with Depositphotos is very good.

Staff were very helpful
