Horrible experience with DPD partner pick-up location in Importanne center. One location was closed at 8 AM although was supposed to be open at 7AM, the "lady" in the other location was not accepting the parcel, was smoking and blowing the smoke in my wife's direction!
It is unacceptable that in order to pick up a package, I must have a smartphone, mobile internet and enable pairing of the parcel terminal with my private device via Bluetooth. This is an unnecessary complication of the basic service for which I paid for delivery.
Parcel pickup must be available to all users, including the elderly, people without a smartphone or people who do not want to connect their private device to external systems for security reasons. The current method of pickup discriminates against some users and imposes technical requirements that are not necessary for the delivery service itself.
It is particularly problematic that users are required to turn on Bluetooth and open links to connect to the parcel terminal device. As a user, I have no control over what technical information is exchanged between the device and the system.
Additional digital requirements should not be required for the basic parcel pickup service if simpler and more secure solutions exist (e.g. a PIN code on the device itself).
This method of pickup seems technologically forced, not user-oriented. Parcel delivery should be simple, accessible to everyone and without the need to connect a private device to the delivery service infrastructure.

Absolutely the worst of the worst delivery company in Croatia. I will tell the company I ordered from that I will absolutely not order from them again if they will use DPD for delivery. They are absolute scum. If there are any stairs they won't bring the package up the stairs and they will call once when they are already at the address and if you don't pick up the phone STRAIGHT AWAY, they will leave and perhaps never return again.
I would give them a 0 if I could. I was supposed to have 2 packages delivered, on 2 different days. Both were marked as “delivered”, NOBODY called, I have no idea where they are. There is NO WAY to contact DPD customer service, Both phone number and e-mails are completely ignored. Not only did I not receive what I ordered but I am trying to get a refund from te seller, hopefully I will at least get my money back. If you see that the courier is DPD- DO NOT ORDER.
Two times in a row, I had the same experience: the parcel was not delivered and returned to the sender due to the incorrect address. Btw, the "incorrect address" is the pick up address that DPD provided and redirected to without my knowledge and permission, while they completely ignored my home address, where they were supposed to deliver the package. The customer service guy said to me, "I don't know why that happened. I'll look into it, and I'll call you back. He never did, and I lost my package again.
