I bought a power bank that malfunctioned well before the 18-month warranty was up. Although I reported the issue a couple of months late due to personal commitments, the defect occurred within the warranty period.
Rather than uphold their promise of product quality and assist an early customer, the company's response suggested that the product is meant to fail right as the warranty concludes.
