Extremely Disappointed with Product and Service

As an early supporter of this company, I am deeply frustrated with both the quality of the product and the customer service provided.
I bought a power bank that malfunctioned well before the 18-month warranty was up. Although I reported the issue a couple of months late due to personal commitments, the defect occurred within the warranty period.
Rather than uphold their promise of product quality and assist an early customer, the company's response suggested that the product is meant to fail right as the warranty concludes. This lack of honesty and accountability is appalling. They are treating a loyal customer as if I were trying to take advantage of them.
If you’re thinking about their products, be cautious:
Poor Quality: The item is defective and failed very quickly.
Untrustworthy Warranty Policy: They appear reluctant to honor the warranty, even though the failure was on their timeline.
Poor Customer Service: Early inquiries are met with disdain.
I see they are currently promoting new items. I will ensure my experience with their defective product and lack of integrity is shared widely. Save your money and opt for a company that truly supports its products.

Caution: Product Fails Quickly & Warranty Not Respected—Steer Clear of This Company!

As an early supporter of this company, I am deeply let down by the product quality and their customer service. I bought a power bank that malfunctioned well before the 18-month warranty expired. Although I reported the issue a couple of months late due to personal commitments, the failure occurred within the warranty period. Instead of upholding their promise to quality and assisting a loyal customer, the company's response suggested the product is engineered to fail just as the warranty lapses. This untrustworthy behavior and lack of responsibility are appalling. They treated me, a loyal customer, like a "businessman" trying to exploit them. If you're thinking about their products, be cautious: Poor Quality: The product is defective and failed quickly. Untrustworthy Warranty Policy: They seem reluctant to honor the warranty, even when the failure was on their timeline. Poor Customer Service: Early support is met with disdain. I see they are currently promoting new products. I will ensure my experience with their defective quality and lack of integrity is shared widely. Save your money and opt for a company that stands by its products.

No Issues So Far, Reliable Portable Power

Having used several of their products, I can confidently say that what I appreciate most about this portable power bank is its solid reliability in a compact size. The smart display allows me to monitor the power levels, so I know exactly what I have, what I'm using, and how quickly I'm using it. It's great to have something small enough to carry everywhere. Being able to charge multiple devices on the go is a lifesaver for me! It enables me to power my laptop and tablet while running tabletop games without any tripping hazards from cables.

Avoid This Power Bank

I bought a power bank, and after a few days, I received an email saying they could not deliver despite offering free shipping. I requested a refund three weeks ago and have yet to receive it... do not engage with this company.

Confusion About Product Specs

Thank you for your response. However, I am confused. You advertise a product as a 40,000 mAh power bank, but now you say it only has 25,000 mAh. This seems like false advertising, especially since I have purchased power banks from other brands that truly deliver their advertised capacity. I expect a solution or a refund for my purchase. Thank you.
