Review Time
I ordered 4 prints from Desenio in August all in size 50x70 black and white. I was initially a bit worried due to some of the negative reviews on here about the quality of the prints but decided to give them a go due to the design of the prints and the unbeatable prices. Received the prints in the UK well packaged in less than a week from my order. They look exactly as shown on the site, quality is as good as any prints I have previously purchased from East End Prints, Artesta or John Lewis at a significantly lower price and I am absolutely delighted with them. I have put them all in IKEA edsbruk frames and they absolutely transformed the rooms! Now I am looking to purchase more, would highly recommend both the service from the company and the prints.
Long delivery times and then when prints did arrive they were folded and posted through the letterbox rather than doorbell rung! Then I've tried to use the contact form several times today to let you know, both on my mobile and a desktop, and it just won't work! I think I finally managed to submit something after about 6 attempts. Let's see how quickly this is resolved!
Very happy with the prints!I must say I'm very happy with the quality of the prints that I have received, all were without wrinkles and well packaged. I ordered frames to go with all 5 prints (several different colours and sizes) and I will say that I do feel disappointed in the quality for the price I paid. There was a small chip out of one of the black frames therefore I do think they overcharge for the frames! You could easily buy the same quality frames for half the price in IKEA or the like.All arrived in a timely fashion, so I can't complain about delivery.
2 orders placed a few days apart. Both orders my frames were damaged with the plexi glass cracked. They need to improve the packaging of their frames. I like their prints hence 2 stars. I hope I get a refund for the frames which cost between 50 to 60 gbp for the 2 of the them. EDIT they replaced the frames that were damaged. Prints are not the highest resolution in the 50x70 prints.
