Review Time
The frames are low quality and not even glass. The cost of the frames I was expecting at least glass, they are also very light weight. All the prints I received (I ordered 5) were creased and one frame was damaged. The montage does look good on my wall but I won’t be buying from Desenio again as I think I can buy better quality frames and prints for similiar price else where.
Bought 12 posters. Colour is dull and paper quality is so so, like what you use in the office for printing and a little thicker. The surface of the paper is like normal office printing paper too. It lets the ink absorb and dry fast. But that also means the colors are much less vibrant that it looks on the webshop. I love they have a wide variety of artworks but when the prints does not come out as expected. It was sad. I ordered over 15 posters from them. And when I contacted them. They analyzed it and say it was just as they expected.. it’s not much more I can say. I understood digital printing is never as good as offset printing. But just sad that they won’t do anything about it.. printer settings, colors or consider changing to better paper. I usually use Optimalprint and was generally happy, but thought of using desenio because of their beautiful art. And now I think I will rather just go back.
Just had my order (50x70) printed picture and paid £34.95 for it and not very happy, it is literally just paper! Nothing like how a printed picture should be so the quality is definitely not what I expected atall… very disappointed! Way over priced for such poor quality and postage £5 for a small box ?
I have registered my return two weeks ago. I never received an email containing instructions and address details. I have sent several emails to desenio asking to contact me. They never did! I want to make a return and they do not let me!Update: I have attached my email signing in here. I can give you the number of my order which is 22142474, 127,72€, made 2023-05-01 and received one month later. I am contacting your customer service since the 14th July but no response. The days are passing by and then you will tell me than I have no longer the right to make the return.Update2: Desenio's customer service got in touch and my request has been completed. Thank you!
Is really nice !I would like to change picture from time to time, using the same frame. And I would love to have one extra flat box to store several pictures. Apart from that, the frame is nice, the plexiglass is thick enough, and the picture is absolutely of good quality.
