I recently ordered 2 prints as a present with frames. I have received the prints but there are no frames, despite being charged for them. The invoice included doesn't show the frames but they are on my email confirmation and the money had been taken for them. No way of getting hold of anyone as the phone line not working! I took a risk and I instantly regret it. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
UPDATE：I've experienced delayed delivery, partially fulfilled order, and broken frames with this website. On the positive note is that their customer service is fairly responsive and issued replacement and refund quickly.
Order - 22716405 **UPDATE**My order finally arrived, two separate deliveries for frames and photos The frames in all honestly are flimsy and cheap and are certainly not worth the £30+ I paid for them.The photos arrived separately without me being told so I was waiting around for quite a bit.The photos are printed on paper; if I had known this, I would never have ordered from here. They have been delivered wrapped up so there are a lot of creases when placing the paper in the frames.After spending approximately £245 I can safely say, it is 100% not worth the money and I would urge anyone that wants to order personalised photos not to, it’s a complete and utter rip off. Extremely disappointed in the quality and I would like to think this update will be taken seriously and Desenio will think about this in the future.
AVOID! every print arrived damaged due to ridiculously poor packaging. That tells you what they think about their prints. Phone number is not answered. Emails take days to reply and are robotic and unhelpful. They give free stuff to influencers for promotion, that's the only reason they got big. Avoid avoid avoid
Bought 2 prints and frames on 4th sept 2023 , arrived 12th , not suitable for my room, returned same day , klarna has took full payment , they have been returned by Evri , I’ve not recd my money back still.And have rang twice, to a voice recording, then emailed 3 times and no reply.My next step is to contact my bank for them to try raise it with them.I’m really annoyed as just over £50 I’m at a loss.
I have never been so disappointed with an order. I expected high quality posters, but I received just paper. I would get the same result if I printed pictures from the Internet myself on my home printer. In addition, the paper was wrinkled and dirty. The price is clearly too high for a product of such low quality.
