I think Design.com has the ultimate secret weapon; AI. The site is so easy to use that I literally had my logo after a few visits and it far exceeded anything I could have thought of. I loved how easy it was to edit to make the design my own. However, I felt they could have been more straight forward about their pricing because I ended up spending double what they advertised. I spent the money because I have a retail store and needed certain features but in the end I still think it’s worth it, as well as a 5 star review.
I normally do not write reviews but I had to for design.com. This is a site well worth every penny!! When I needed assistances moving my account their customer service was extremly helpful. I feel.like I found a four-leaf clover when I found design.com!
This company is great for AI designed logos. Once you purchase you can make changes and re-download the files. However, I strongly recommend AGAINST using them for printing. I specifically asked if I'd get a proof and was told yes, then didn't receive the proof until the item was already printed. They offered me a few dollars off of another order lol. On a previous order, they were unable to even closely match the logo I designed with them in print. Used another company and came out great. Thought I'd give them a second chance. Big mistake. Waste of money.
