Review Time
I am paying for a design I will not use. The customer service reps are giving me the run around and not addressing the issue. I bought my subscription, and it was linked to a design I did not want. This was not clear to me on purchase and now I'll have to buy another subscription for the design I actually will use. I don't even know if I will be able to purchase exclusive rights until I buy a new subscription. Which has also not been addressed as customer service is focused on not refunding my money. I did not ask for a refund, just to use a logo I had liked modified and saved in my account. This dissatisfaction could be easily remedied. By addressing an exclusive rights upgrade cost so I know my options and simply switching the licensed logo. Design.com should address this issue by providing the exclusive rights upgrade cost and transferring the license to my desired logo. This would have allowed me to continue my journey with design.com. What began as an exciting journey to craft my logo for a new business venture has become frustrating, time-consuming and distracting. The logo that is licensed now is not even exclusively owned by me and could be used by other parties anyway. I will say I have found a good number of designs I really liked. I would like to tell you more about my experience with the other parts of their service, but I don't wish to continue with my marketing on a website, Instagram or Facebook with a logo I don't like and that anyone else could use.
