We recently purchased the Super King bed frame in Ice Plush and we are absolutely delighted with it. The quality is outstanding – it feels incredibly sturdy and well made, and the Ice Plush fabric looks even more beautiful in person. It gives such a luxurious, hotel-style feel to our bedroom.
The upholstered headboard is perfectly padded and really comfortable to sit up against. The colour is a gorgeous soft neutral that works with everything and makes the room feel bright and elegant.
Delivery was smooth and the bed was easy to assemble. Overall, we’re so pleased with our purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. It has completely transformed our bedroom!
The company was very accommodating when the headboard we ordered did not fit up our stairs so they sent us a new one. Our current problem with the bed after three months is that the bars that the mattress sit on have bent and my girlfriend sat on the bed after going to the toilet in the night 😂 a more or less went through it ‘fyi she’s not a fat whale’ again the company is being very accommodating and sending us a new bed base but we feel that the product should be a little bit better for the money that we have paid rather than them constantly having to send parts in all it is a lovely bed but we are just sick of sinking into the middle of the bed and having a bad night sleep
Was initially anxious after ordering 2x king size beds and reading past reviews. However beds can promptly and delivery driver was lovely. We decided we wanted to exchange 1x bed due to colour preference, we were able to get in contact with the company who arranged prompt exchange of the bed and were very grateful for this.Thank you Moor Croft beds. We would recommend this company.
