Wow, this company is really something. I disputed the charge with my cc company after not receiving my purchased items.
After writing my review on here about what happened with this whole dreadful experience, I received a email from them asking me to take down my review.
I was refunded the money, but then days later I saw they charged me again for the same thing they refunded me. I guess I will have to dispute the charge yet again. They claimed that I didn’t provide a unit number for the package, but I have emails confirming the correct address with them after my package not arriving. Don’t buy from this company. What a scam.
I placed an order for a 4 heart necklace, Regal collective collected my money and can not provide any details on my order. I have sent emails with no prevail. Beware. Read the reviews this is not a one off occurrence. Was looking forward to giving this to my daughter for her birthday.
Initially, I was unaware that the company operates from China until my order was shipped. I paid £9 for priority processing and shipping, but my order was dispatched 8 days after I placed it, and it took an additional 16 days to arrive. Additionally, the quality of the product is disappointing.

WARNING: Do not order from this company. I placed an order for a ring over a month ago and have yet to receive it. This was meant to be a Christmas gift, so I had to purchase a replacement as the item still hasn't arrived. The customer service is terrible, constantly claiming it's on its way. After three weeks of inquiries, I requested a refund, but they keep denying it.
I ordered two personalized bracelets for my daughters, who both have three children, and they absolutely adored them. I saw them advertised on a social media platform and felt a bit anxious since they seemed to come from overseas, but everything went smoothly and they arrived just in time for Christmas.
I'm thrilled with the pieces I received! I got my daughter a bracelet featuring her name, her boyfriend's name, and my new granddaughter's name, and it's stunning! It's delicate and perfect for her. I also got her earrings with my granddaughter’s name, and they are equally charming! The mail tracking was a bit tricky, but it wasn't a major issue. Thank you so much; she will love them!
