I made a mistake while ordering ( I was ordering on my phone and an urgent call came in) Bt mistake I duplicated an order . initially I got a form letter stating I could not cancel but the next day when I got the opportunity to write to a service agent the mistake was rectified and the charge for the second order was refunded. Fast and efficient communication. ( love the logo I ordered btw)
Design has many template ideas that are intriguing. Went thru many different 1s. Im not real computer literate and screwed up a few things but the Design team helped me understand it. Make sure to read the agreements and understand them. Looking forward to receiving my business supplies.
