Excellent Customer Support

We are a small business with little to no experience in design, logos, and other related areas. We struggled a little during the logo creation process, but the customer support was absolutely fabulous. We now have a fun logo, and so many possibilities on how to use it through Design.com's website. I definitely recommend Design.com.

Beware of Design.com

Beware of Design.com! You pay for a subscription, thinking it gives you access — but surprise, they nickel-and-dime you for extra credits just to use features that should already be included. It feels like a bait-and-switch scheme.Even worse, they refuse to offer refunds, no matter how unfair the charges are. Honestly, your best option is to skip dealing with their support and go straight to your bank for a chargeback. This company’s practices are shady and disappointing. I regret signing up.

The free website has a variety of templates, logos, artwork and a simple design tool to get anyone with some computer skills up and running on creative content. The free tools were so useful, I just paid for a full license.
