DESIO color lenses are the most natural looking cosmetic lenses. They are comfortable and exceed all expectations! They are my go to lenses and I always get compliments on my eye color. Customer service is impeccable. Highly recommend A++
I'll start off by saying that Desio lenses are the only colored lenses I've used for years, they're natural looking and feel great. for the first time in years i came across an issue with one of lenses , I reached out to desio support customer service and they helped me quickly and efficiecntly. I'm very satisfied with their help and sent me new lenses. Very grateful for their support.

I think the quality of the quarterly lenses has declined. After about one month they are uncomfortable and unwearable. They also tear easily and I’ve had to throw many pairs away because of these issues. They seemed better a few years ago; something has definitely changed. I cannot send a photo as I had already opened and worn them a few times.
I’ve been using these lense for years now they are my favorite the color are beautiful! I had an issue with one pair of lense when they split after a couple of uses but I reach out to customers service and they were very helpful with resolving my issue will continue buying from them !
I would like to share feedback about my recent experience with Desio.The lenses I received in November 2025, shipped from Italy to California, unfortunately arrived damaged. After several emails, sending photos, and explaining the high cost of returning the defective lenses from the U.S. to Italy, I was still asked to ship them back at my own expense, which was more than twice the price of my original purchase In addition to that, the color of the lenses was completely different from the shade shown on the model in the photos, which added to my disappointment.After my final email and detailed explanation, customer service eventually approved a replacement without requiring the return. Today, February 5th, I received the new lenses in good condition. Although the process took a long time and required a lot of back‑and‑forth communication, I appreciate that the company ultimately sent a replacement to ensure customer satisfaction.I hope Desio considers improving its support process for situations like this, so customers do not have to spend so much time explaining or face high return costs for defective products.Thank you.
