Reliable and good service. Brussels customer here, and both their mobile technicians who that can be scheduled as well as their workshop staff in Ixelles is friendly and quick to prop me up with a better bike than before.

Swapfiets are kind of heavy and no race bikes, but they are good for me and the city biking I do.

Dishonest staff and very rude support…

Dishonest staff and very rude support team. Be careful of Swapfiets. Your staff deliberately mislead in order to profiteer out of signing new contracts. On cancellation of the contract you accept the bike back immediately even when you enforce a month notice period. So even without the bike you still have to charge a client for a bike already being rented out to someone else. Don't you find that as cheating clients. Very easy to sign up at the end you always always lose your money €80 or more.

The worst service I have had to deal…

The worst service I have had to deal with. Very rude customer support team. There are hidden costs in the contract. I gave them back the bicycle a month ago and they still want to charge me 80 euros an extra month for a bike they already have. Day light robbery.
