I am overall very satisfied with the purchase. The 2 chairs showed up as described. There were a couple of bolts missing, but the selling mailed them out quickly. Since it's been a few months since my purchase, I'd have to say I'm still quite satisfied with the design & quality of the 2 chairs. Given the opportunity, I would totally work again with this seller.
Fantastic piece! The shipping took a bit longer than expected, but was well worth the wait and everything was in one piece. Seller was quick to respond to questions and create the chandelier I wanted. Will definitely be getting more from them in the future!
Very nice office chair, quality, looks sturdy. Beautiful finishes. I had seen a model in store, but I was afraid that when ordering, the chair would be less beautiful or with too many color variations. However, that was not the case, the chair received corresponded to what I expected. Very satisfied!
The product I ordered was nice and Dezignover has a great customer service, but I was lack of luck with my shipment, 2 of 5 glass shades were broken during the shipment. The customer service arranged quickly a new shipment replacement shades after I reported this issue, finally I received all the pieces. It took longer than what I expected for my order.
Such a beautiful table, and well worth the cost & time to produce! The craftsmanship is unparalleled and that is immediately evident in the final product! The photos truly don’t do it justice. It arrived well packaged and secure. Very easy to assemble but will need extra muscle to lift as it is a truly substantial piece! Leo was a true pleasure to work with and I smile every time my eye catches this beautiful table!
