He replaced it right away free of charge as it was damaged during shipment. Overall, I would highly recommend ordering from here, not only because of the product but also because of the great customer service! :)

Great customer service is best measured when things don't go as planned. Great staff, highly responsive, accountable and replaced a shipping damage immediately. My wife and I enjoyed the Map and have it hanging proudly in our home.

My map waa purchased as a gift. When concerned about my delivery arriving on time, i had an immediate response to my inquiry as well as follow up updates without having to ask. I was even provided a small printable copy to use in placement in case my print did not arrive on time. It not only arrived on time but was absolutely beautiful and very happy with the quality.I would recommend these prints to anyone who wanted to a acknowledge and capture a special event.Much thanks to Michael S who responded professionally, promptly and offered temporary resolution to make the experience even better!Thank you for providing a keepsake of such an important memory.
