Absolutely crap company ! Their customer service sucks from top to bottom. Could not create an account so ordered as guest, and after - the company claimed they could not credit the purchase to the account.Second - the shoes had a serious defect - they only asked me to send it back and get refunded within 3 weeks ! That's it. No initial offer for compensation or anything or a sorry we screwed up or so. That is absolutely not an acceptable standard
No idea what the question asks as I cannot speak Italian, but the reason for the low score is:1. The item (shorts) are completely see-through making them impractical to wear unless I want to show off my underwear to everyone2. The return process is horrible, no information provided what to do with the parcel, had to phone customer services to find out, why is this info not provided during the return process?
Diadora has a great selection and styles. The products "Made in Italy" usually have much better feeling materials and quality than those that are not. I just wish they would use better quality zippers like YKK, and not have such large tags inside all of the garments. The plastic zippers they use are bad, and I always have to cut the massive tags out and it is a nuisance.
issue wasn’t that the shoes arrived damaged and that can happen. The real problem was the poor customer service and the frustrating process that followed. When I contacted customer service, I was met with rudeness and very little helpful information. Attempting to resolve the issue through the website was equally unproductive and unnecessarily time-consuming. I was instructed to place a new order, which I did, only to have it canceled a week later without any explanation. When I followed up again, I was told the sneakers were out of stock, despite them still appearing available. Once again, the customer service response was dismissive and unprofessional, essentially telling me that it wasn’t their problem. I like the sneakers and the brand, but after this experience, I will be looking elsewhere in the future. I expect to be treated with basic respect as a paying customer, not as an inconvenience simply for trying to make a purchase.
I don’t recommend making purchases from Diadora. It’s been over a week since I placed my order, and they neither shipped the item nor issued a refund. Instead, they falsely claimed it was sent via DHL. Customer service has been completely unhelpful. The only option to get my money back is to raise a chargeback through my bank.
I HAVE THIS SHOES BEFORE, they are Excellent, but my overall expiration shopping 🛒 🛍️ directly from the page, was awful. I try to take advantage of 1st buy discount, instead was a nightmare. $80 bucks on shipping. On top of a Duty TAX of $100 bucks. And the discount was just 17$… This complete disaster made me feel bad for the finish product. Especially after I look at eBay and find the exact same product for $150 bucks less. Awful
