Very fast delivery. I live in Germany and it arrived within 3 days.I bought the GAME ROW CUT.Great quality leather. Super soft. The rubber soles even squeak on asphalt if you provoke it. Great grip and super feel when running. I would buy more if there were nice color variations. The 2030 version with the 2030 print on the shoe is not recommended. The leather is completely different here. Hard and cheap. I can only advise against it.
I bought a pair of Diadora Mercury Elite from the online store based in Italy.The package arrived in Greece 2 days later with DHL. The whole process was outstanding. Bad thing for me was that ordering size 45, it turned out that I needed the 45.5I followed the process of free return (everything was clear in the package) and now I am waiting the refund, in order to re-order the correct size.Probably a process of changing the size without refunding the money and re-ordering would be great from a customer's point of view, but this is how the company works, and I respect that.
Mixed experience with the product and timeline for delivery. Firstly, the delivery timeline stated by the delivery carrier DPD notification was longer than the ETA stated on Diadora's website which led me to believe the items would not arrived before I left on holiday. Luckily they were on time as stated by the e-store SLA. Next the quality of the MAGIC BASKET DEMI CUT SUEDE LEATHER trainers were not at the quality standard that I expected as the tongue of the shoes are not of the same leather material as the uppers, but a very cheap feeling polyester / synthetic fabric with the internal foam padding showing on the end trim instead of it being stitched closed like most trainers. The PANTS & JACKET COURT DIADORA CLUB track suit in Saltire Navy were of very good quality, colour and fit and I was very happy to wear this outfit several times on my holiday.
