The heel counter of my 1 year old mercury sneakers was cracked. I complained and had to sent photos. I must say a very good follow up from the Diadora Service Department. They refunded the sneakers quickly. Nowadays you do not see this good service very often. Very happy with their service department.
Great quality sweatshirt — soft, warm, and well-made. The 100% cotton feels premium, and the fit is perfect. The color is absolutely gorgeous, even better in person. Clean design with a bold logo makes it easy to style. Highly recommend!
I love Diadora’s shoes, but this was my first time ordering directly from the company. I'm really into classic sneakers—basketball and tennis styles—so the Heritage collection is right up my alley. I especially love the Winner model! I actually ordered six pairs in one go—it was during a sale, and I don’t mind having my own little stock of Diadora sneakers! :)The website works smoothly, the ordering process was flawless, and delivery arrived within a few days, just as promised.
The shoe nucleus 2 I purchased has a seam on the inside across the pinky toe. It rubs so much that the shoe is too painful to wear. The toe box is extremely narrow and tight and the heel is too wide so my foot slip out when I walk. I’ve tried to contact customer service and they have stopped replying. I do not recommend ordering directly from them again. Poor customer service.
