Disappointing car shipping experience

I arranged for my car to be shipped this December through a service while moving cross country. I needed my roof rack and bike rack to be transported with my vehicle. The representative took photos to ensure the driver could accommodate my request. My car was picked up with both items attached, and the driver was friendly, not mentioning any need to remove the roof rack. However, upon delivery, my roof rack was found inside my car, barely fitting. My $800 roof rack was damaged and disassembled, crammed into the car. I contacted the insurance provider associated with the service, but their deductible was excessively high, leaving me to file an in-house claim. Unfortunately, the company denied my request to cover the cost of a new roof rack. I didn’t even ask for compensation for the damage to my leather seats, which likely occurred during transport. They claimed the driver had the right to decide on the removal, which I understand, but the driver completely destroyed my roof rack. Why not take responsibility and reimburse me for the damage caused by your employee?

This service is a fraud

This service is a fraud. I have never engaged with them yet they call me daily demanding payment. I have no idea who they are, but they are persistently pursuing me for money. Today, they called me at 6:56 am, waking me from deep sleep. I asked why they were calling so early and requested that they stop calling me, only to receive two text messages from a representative named Lora shortly after, insisting on payment. I have forwarded this situation to my attorney due to this clear breach of the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Slow and unprofessional

After my truck was delivered four days late, I found it extremely frustrating that I couldn't reach anyone at the service by phone. My attempts to contact them were completely unsuccessful. The biggest issue I faced was that during transport from California to New York, a vintage vehicle leaked oil all over my truck. It took extensive cleaning to remove the mess, and I still haven't gotten all the oil off my paint, windshield, and other areas. There are now permanent stains on my antenna. This is just unacceptable.

They treated my classic car with care

I want to share my experience with shipping my '67 Mustang. I was quite anxious but chose an enclosed transport service. The driver who handled the pickup was incredibly professional and knew just how to manage a classic car. I received updates and could track it throughout its journey from Arizona to Florida.
