Save your money… not much of a plan here….I signed up for it, but after paying for it, there was no app shared with me and I didn’t know how to use the program. I didn’t receive any emails or guidance on how to use the plan. I opened a dispute with PayPal and they were able to refund me. They said they had many other similar complaints (that people didn’t know to use the plan) and would be investigating the company.
I would give this negative stars if I could. This charge just showed up on my PayPal and I don’t even know where it came from. I haven’t been on this website before so it must have been a click bait subscription from another site. Then of course they don’t do refunds. I don’t even know what their product is but their customer service is poor and not clear.
