Despite being cancelled in January another £51 taken from my account today. I'm told they've cancelled but really don't trust them that they won't try to take again.they advertise that they are 'transparent' . If so why re so many people having same issues .
This charge just showed up on my PayPal and I don’t know where it came from. I haven’t been on this website before so it must have been a click bait subscription from another site. I do not want this to happen again and i am hoping that they do refunds as i have received nothing for this payment and I don’t even know what their product is
Has anyone actually had their issues resolved ??? I’ve already contacted my bank because we believe it’s a fraud for not being able to cancel payments and it’s charging when unauthorized. It’s the second year I keep getting charged and I can’t find a solution so now I’m working with my bank to investigate this company.
