Something really fishy here

Something really fishy here. My plan was deleted in January as I didn't open it or want it, so I thought that was the end of the relationship. Only now do I see that in April I was again charged & then again in July. In email last week (absolutely NO correspondence until now - no invoices, receipts, instructions, thanks, support, confirmation, back-up or other interactions since January - silence!!) they've cancelled my "subscription" but only offer half of the next quarter's payment (August - October) as "refund"... for services they know I don't want & which they cancelled. Feels like a scam. And the below response comes AFTER communication at that email address. No way!!

Not any different that the Fitbit app. Fitbit app is actually better.

My first day so far it is what I was expecting however when further looking into the app it not that much different than my Fitbit app. I asked for a refund since I already am paying for an app that does the same thing. I was denied a refund. If you already have an app that does the same do not join you will be out $50

Utter waste of time and money

Utter waste of time and money. Start you off paying £21.79 and then rip you off by taking £38 the 2nd month. For what? There is nothing offered that you can’t do for yourself.
