Please do not purchase from this company (Digital-zone.co.uk). I purchased 'Microsoft Office 2021 Home and Business for Windows' in may 2025 for £29.00. Received an e-mail stating they were getting my order ready with key, download link and instructions 'within one 2 hrs to the email provided in the order' (English is very poor in all communications). Received an e-mail with instructions to download any other versions (which i did), a link for a 'official 2021 setup file' along with a key. The link does not work, after contacting Digital-Zone.co.uk asking for a refund they replied 'if office 2021 is not compatible or working on the pc below is upgrade to office 2024 setup download and the key. It will work guaranteed with lifetime licence of office 2024 after key activation'. Exact words - poor English and the message seems to want to send you down a rabbit hole paying more (upgrade). It should defo work on a 2022 laptop ! I requested a full refund and got 'fobbed off'. PS. you can purchase 'Microsoft Office Professional 2021' 1 lifetime for £40 on Amazon ! Don't get conned by this scammer !
Came across this company whilst looking for office software for iPad, very professional company who supplied the app for my iPad, pretty straightforward to install but when I was unsure of one item I contacted them and they resolved my problem within minutes, cannot fault the service, would definitely recommend this firm
Requested a copy of Office 2021 for a Mac PC. Was offered Office 2024 for no additional cost. Explained 2021 was required because Mac PC had an older Operating System (and Office 2024 was incompatible). Link to software and license key plus guidance was provided immediately. Followed guidance and got office 2021 installed and working within the hour. Perfect!
Installing Office 2021 was a breeze. I needed to write an annual report in the middle of the night and couldn't wait for an installation disk or usb to be mailed to me. I'm always leery of online vendors, especially software companies because you never know what kind of technical support you'll get or whether you're even getting a legitimate product. Highly recommended.
