I absolutely LOVE this pillow! I wasn't familiar with Velvære so was a little anxious when ordering, however my pillow arrived quickly, well packaged and it's exceeded expectations. I sleep in a giant, cozy hug every night. I honestly don't know how I will sleep in a bed without my pillow again. I can't recommend it enough as my lower back pain has been easing too. This was the main driver for me ordering this pillow and it has not disappointed! 🙌🏻

I’m happy with the products that I ordered, and they live up to the expectations I have.What I’m not crazy about is Helthjem delivery. They deliver items early in the morning and leave them by the front door. Anyone could walk by and take the package. I would rather pick it up at the post office.
This company promises free easy return. The item I bought was not satisfactory, and I have tried to reach them reg return, but they do not answer either mail or phone. Have tried several times by mail and phone for two weeks now…. Hm.
It is over one week now and I have not received my package. I got a message from helt hjem that it was delivered and then I got a message that it never was received at helt hjem and I have called helt hjem 2 times and they have sent a follow up message to you and I have done the same and still no package 😬
